Sometimes there are many things going on in the mind, due to which the mind becomes quite disturbed. If the mind remains disturbed then we are not able to think anything, nor are we able to understand some things, we do not even understand what we should do and what we should not do. Whenever you feel that your mind is becoming very disturbed and you are not able to understand anything as to how and what to do, then you have to take a long and deep breath, this will calm your mind a little.

If your mind remains very disturbed then you should do yoga daily. Half of your stress goes away by doing yoga. You should give at least 30 minutes to yoga.

You should never think about anything wrong here or there. You should always avoid negative thinking. Positive thoughts should come to your mind.

To calm your mind, you should do that work, by doing this you feel good and whatever bad thoughts you have, go away on their own. By doing this your depressed mind will be completely cured.

If your mind is becoming very disturbed then you should talk to your friends. Should go somewhere. You should eat whatever you like to eat.
