Peppermint contains menthol, which has a relaxing effect on the muscles in the digestive tract. If you want to relax, then you can have a cup of peppermint tea. To make peppermint tea, boil water in a pan. Now turn off the gas and put mint leaves in it and leave it for five minutes. Now filter the water and mix honey or jaggery in it and drink it.

Hibiscus tea

Hibiscus tea is a herbal tea, which is prepared with the help of hibiscus and is naturally caffeine free. Vitamin C is present in Hibiscus tea, which is also considered very good for the immune system. To make hibiscus tea, boil water and add hibiscus flowers to it. Now turn off the gas and leave the water like this for 15-20 minutes. Now filter the water and add honey and lemon juice to it. Let it cool in the fridge for some time. lastly, you serve it chilled.

Ginger tea

Ginger tea is prepared from fresh or dried ginger root. Ginger tea is naturally caffeine free and is also helpful in digestion. Ginger has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. To make ginger tea, grate ginger in water. Now boil it. After this, filter it and mix it by adding the juice of half a lemon and honey.

Tulsi tea

Usually, we often drink Tulsi in our regular tea, but if you wish, you can also have Tulsi tea. It is completely caffeine free. To make it, add basil leaves and jaggery to a cup of boiling water. Now squeeze half a lemon in this water and then filter it and consume it.

So now you also consume these teas and there is no need to worry because they are caffeine free.
