How to do Sarvangasana?

  • Lie on your back in a quiet environment.
  • Now lift your legs, hips and then waist upwards.
  • To support your back with your hands, rest your elbows on the ground and place your hands on your waist.
  • Keep the feather straight in the upward direction.
  • Keep your toes straight as well.
  • Take a deep breath and remain in this posture for 20 seconds.

Halasana

Doing Halasana also makes your skin glowing and healthy. By doing this asana, the digestive system remains healthy and when the digestive system is healthy then it is natural that your face glows.
