Oil - 4 tbsp
Cabbage - 2
Tomato - 2
Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Red chili - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Ginger-garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
Maize flour - 2 tbsp
water - as required
Onion - 3-4

1. First wash the cabbage and grate it. Then finely chop onion, tomato, and coriander and keep them in a vessel.

2. After this put chopped cabbage, onion, tomato, and coriander in the bowl.

3. Add some water to the vegetable mixture.

4. Keep in mind that do not add much water to it so that the solution does not become thin.

5. Then add red chili, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, and cornflour to the mixture.

6. Mix all the ingredients well. After mixing, prepare round tikkis from the mixture.

7. After this wrap the tikki in bread crumbs.

8. Mix the tikkis well in the bread crumbs.

9. Heat oil in a pan. Tick them one by one.

10. When the tikkis turn brown, take them out of the oil.

11. Your Cabbage Kebab is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
