Breast cancer can happen to any gender, but it is more common in women. In this disease, cancer starts developing in the breast cells. Even though there is no surefire formula or vaccine to completely prevent breast cancer, you can reduce its risk by making some changes in your daily lifestyle. Dr. Mandeep Singh Malhotra, Director (Surgical Oncology) of CK Birla Hospital, Delhi, said that bad habits increase the risk of breast cancer.
