Material :
1 cup gram flour
1 finely chopped tomato
3-4 green chilies finely chopped
grated one-inch piece ginger
Grated Paneer 100 grams
a finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon red chili powder
Half a teaspoon turmeric powder
a pinch of asafoetida
salt to taste
Method :
To make Paneer Besan Chilla, first, mix all the ingredients in a vessel.
After this, prepare a thick batter by adding water to it.
Now to make cheela, heat a griddle and add some oil to it.
After this, put the batter on medium flame and spread it with light hands.
If desired, grate the cheese over the cheela. This will make a crispy layer of paneer over the cheela.
Now cook the cheela well on both sides till it turns golden brown.
