Oats Appe: Appe is an all-weather snack from South India, traditionally made with a batter of rice and urad. But today we are going to tell you the recipe for Oats Appe, which is rich in fiber and a good option for a healthy breakfast.
Material :
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup urad dal
1 onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1/2 tsp red chili powder
a pinch of black pepper

Method :
1. Take soaked urad dal and grind it till it becomes smooth.
2. Add oats powder, salt, red chili powder and black pepper to it.
3. Mix it and add chopped onion, carrot, and capsicum and mix it well.
4. Then take the appa maker and grease it.
5. Pour this batter into a pan greased with a spoonful of ghee and let it cook.
6. Then turn over and cook from the other side as well. After it is brown and crispy, take it out and serve!
