If there is no vegetable in your house, then you can also make vegetables with onion, let's know if it's a quick and easy recipe.

Material :
Oil - 3-4 tbsp Onion - 10-15 small-sized Tomato puree - 1 cup Ginger - 1-inch piece Green chili - 2-3 chopped Red chili powder - 2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 /2 tsp. Salt - as per taste, Coriander powder - 1 tsp, Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp. Garam masala - 1 tsp, cream or fresh cream - 1 cup, coriander leaves.

Method :
Peel the onion and cut it into four parts (in a cross).

- Cut such that they are connected at the bottom. Make a puree by grinding tomatoes, ginger, green chilies, and garlic. Fry the onions in hot oil for seven to eight minutes. Add tomato puree, salt, and all the spices to it.

Cover it and cook for ten to fifteen minutes. When the vegetable leaves the oil, mix fresh cream or cream on top and cook for two to three minutes.

Serve by adding chopped coriander and green chilies on top.
