How to make Dry Fruits Paratha
To make dry fruit paratha full of nutrition, first of all, put wheat flour in a mixing bowl and add a pinch of salt to it. After this, put one spoon of desi ghee in the flour then add water little by little, and knead a soft dough. After this cover the dough and keep it aside for 10 minutes. When the dough is set, make big balls of it in equal proportion.

Now take a ball and roll it around. After this, take a spoonful of jaggery and put it in the middle, and close it by gathering it from all sides, then apply dry flour and roll it again. After this, take a flat plate and spread almond clippings on it. After this, place the rolled paratha on top of the paratha and press it properly, so that the almond partha can stick well on the paratha. After this, roll the paratha lightly.

After this, put pistachio slices in the middle of the paratha and roll the paratha a little more. Now heat a nonstick pan and put some desi ghee on it. When the ghee melts, put the rolled paratha on it and roast it. Flip the paratha after some time and apply desi ghee on the upper part. Fry the paratha till it becomes golden and crispy from both sides. After this, take out the dry fruits in a paratha plate and serve hot.
