Gram flour - 2 cups
Grated cheese – 2 cups
Green chillies – 3-4
Chaat masala – 1 tsp
Celery - 1/2 tsp
Green coriander chopped – 2-3 tbsp
Oil – as per requirement
Salt - as per taste

To make Paneer Gram Flour Cheela for breakfast, first, sift the gram flour in a big bowl. After this, cut green chillies and green coriander into small pieces add them to the gram flour, and mix them well. After this, add celery and chata masala to the gram flour and mix. Now keep adding water little by little and prepare the gram flour batter. Keep in mind that the gram flour solution should neither be too thick nor too thin.
Now grate the cheese and keep it aside in a vessel. After this, keep a nonstick pan/griddle on a medium flame for heating. When the pan becomes hot, pour some oil on it and spread it all around. After this, fill the gram flour solution in a bowl and put it in the middle of the pan. After this, make a cheela by making rounds with the help of a bowl.
Now put grated cheese on the cheela and spread it all around. After this, with the help of a spoon, press the cheese on the cheela and turn the cheela. Then apply oil and fry on the other side. Roast the cheela until it becomes golden and crisp on both sides. After this, take out the cheela on a plate. Similarly, prepare Paneer Besan Cheela one by one from all the batter. Now serve with Paneer Besan Cheela Chutney.
