Ingredients to make Paneer Bhatura
Maida - 2 cups
Grated paneer – 1/4 cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Semolina - 2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Green coriander chopped - 2-3 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
oil - as needed
salt - as per taste

Paneer Bhatura Recipe
To make Paneer Bhatura, first take a big mixing bowl and put refined flour in it. Now add 2 tbsp oil to it and mix. After this knead soft dough by adding baking soda, 1 tsp sugar and salt as per taste. After kneading the dough, cover it with a cloth and keep it in a warm place for 2 hours. After the fixed time, take the dough and knead it once more. After this, prepare balls from the flour.

Now take grated paneer in a bowl and add finely chopped coriander and a little salt to it and mix.
