  • Cucumber reduces water retention by flushing out excess sodium from the body.
  • Coriander leaves increase urine production and help in removing excess water and toxins from the body.

  • Amla contains Vitamin C, which aids digestion and works to detoxify the body.
  • Rock salt maintains the electrolyte balance in the body, keeps the body hydrated and reduces water retention.
  • Lemon is a natural diuretic. It removes excess water from the body.

How to prepare green detox juice?

Ingredients required

  • Cucumber – 3-4 pieces
  • Ginger – half-inch
  • Chia seeds- 1 tsp
  • Amla- 2-3 pieces
  • Rock salt- 1 pinch
  • Coriander leaves – a handful
  • Lemon- half
  • Water – about 1 liter

Method to prepare

  • Put everything in the blender.
  • Blend it well till smooth consistency.
  • Your healthy smoothie is ready.
