- You can apply for a refund online on the Indian Railways website or IRCTC app. You will have to check your ticket information and train details in case of delay.
- Once your refund application is submitted, the ticket amount is refunded to your bank account.
- If you travel on another train due to a train delay, you can cancel your ticket and claim a full refund.
- If your train is running late by more than 3 hours, you can complain to the station master. You will be issued a certificate of train delay, which you can also use as a certificate in your refund application.
