To make Satrangi Biryani, you need a red carrot, beans, bell pepper, broccoli, beetroot, green zucchini, biryani rice, onion, curd, salt, mint, desi ghee, cashew paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, green chili powder, cardamom powder, kewra water, saffron water, green chilies, garam masala, and oil.
To make Satrangi Biryani, first of all, you have to cut all the vegetables into pieces. Keep all these separately. After this, you cook the rice more than half.
Now put the vegetables in a pot or pan and add turmeric powder, saffron water, mint leaves, onion, curd, cashew paste, and chili powder and mix it well. Then mix desi ghee and garam masala powder in the cooked rice and keep it.
Now cover the pan or utensil and keep it in a low-temperature oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Take it, your delicious Satrangi Biryani is ready. Take it out on a hot plate and serve it.
