Use on face

Papain found in papaya contains active enzymes, which reduce pigmentation as well as acne breakouts and wrinkles. It moisturizes the skin. Also provides relief from the problem of tanning and dark circles.

Ingredients required-

  • 1 tbsp grated rind
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp mashed papaya

Method to prepare and apply-

  • Wash and clean the peel of papaya and grind it.
  • Next, add honey and mashed papaya to it and mix well.
  • Apply it on your face and neck and leave it for 20 minutes and then wash your face with lukewarm water.
  • By applying it twice a week, you will see the difference yourself.

Make soap from peel

You can use it to clean the face. Soap also contains Vitamin-A, which is another important nutrient for the skin. It promotes the production of new skin cells and can help reduce dark spots and scars on the face.

Ingredients required-

  • 100 grams soap base
  • 2 cups papaya peel, grated
  • 1 tbsp mashed papaya
  • 1 tbsp glycerin
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Method to prepare and apply-

  • First of all, cut the soap base into small pieces and keep it aside.
  • After this, filter the papaya peel in a bowl. Sieve the mashed papaya and add it. Now add glycerin and coconut oil to it and mix.
  • Melt the soap base. After this add papaya mix to it and mix it well.
  • Take a silicone mould and pour this mixture into it and let it rest at room temperature for 2 hours. When it sets, take it out.
  • Your soap is ready, you can use it.

Use on hair

Papaya contains folic acid which helps in improving circulation to the hair follicle and promotes hair growth. It can also cure dandruff.

Ingredients required-

  • 1 tablespoon grated papaya peel
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp papaya pulp

Method to prepare and apply-

  • Prepare a smooth paste by putting all these three things in a grinder.
  • Now apply this mixture thoroughly on your hair, from root to strand. Leave it for 1 hour and then wash the hair with a mild shampoo.

Make her tea

As we told how many properties are there in papaya which is beneficial for health? Although it is not recommended to eat it, you can drink tea after removing the latex. It improves the health of the digestive tract and removes toxins from the body and improves bowel movement.

Ingredients required-

  • 1 cup papaya peel
  • 1 clove
  • 1 tsp honey

Method to prepare and apply-

  • Keep the papaya peel like this for some time, so that the latex is extracted from it. After this, wash it thoroughly.
  • Put water in a vessel and cook it till it comes to a boil. When the latex is cleaned from the papaya peel, put it in this water and cook it for 5-7 minutes.
  • Turn off the gas and put cloves in it and cover it and leave it for 10 minutes.
  • When papaya water becomes lukewarm, you can consume it by adding honey to it.
