1. Rava Kesari



Ingredients:

1 cup semolina, 1 cup sugar, 5-6 tbsp ghee, 1 tsp cardamom powder, half a cup dry fruits, a pinch of saffron

Heat ghee in a pan, add semolina, and fry it.

Now take it out in a separate utensil, then roast the dry fruits and take them out.

Prepare sugar syrup in a vessel.

Add semolina, saffron, and dry fruits to this syrup.

2. Gram flour laddoos

Ingredients:

2 cups gram flour, 1/2 cup ghee, 1 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, chopped almonds, and pistachios

Ingredients:

250 grams basmati rice, 2 tablespoons ghee, 3-4 cardamoms, 200 grams sugar, chopped dry fruits, 100 grams khoya, 1 teaspoon food color

Then take water in a pan, add food color and cloves to it.

Now add washed rice to this water and cook it.

When the rice is cooked, turn off the gas.

Now heat ghee in another pan, add cardamom, rice, sugar, and dry fruits, and mix it well.

Now mix khoya in it and turn off the gas.
