Ingredients
250 ml water
1/2 raw banana
1 tsp cinnamon powder
Method :
First of all, put some water in a pan and let it boil.
Now take a raw banana and cut it into small slices (including the peel).
After this, put the cut bananas in hot boiling water.
Let it boil till the banana peel starts coming off.
Now add 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to the banana water and let it cook for a few minutes.
Now filter this mixture into a cup and drink it for half an hour before going to bed.
