Step 1
If you also want to get Ayushman card made, then you have to check your eligibility.
For this, first of all, you have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.
Then here you have to click on the option 'Am I Eligible'
Step 2
Now you have to enter your mobile number here and an OTP will come on this number.
Then fill in the received OTP and also enter the captcha code given on the screen.
After this, you have to login
Step 3
After login, you will see two options.
In such a situation, you have to choose your state in the first option.
Whereas, in the second one you have to choose your district.
Step 4
After this, you will get many options to search here and choose the one you want to search, like - From Aadhaar, then choose Aadhaar.
Then you have to enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number and click on search.
After this, you will know whether you are eligible for the scheme or not.
