If you want to know about the hospital, then first you have to visit the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in.

You have to click on the 'Find Hospital' option among these.

Then first you have to fill your state and then district.
You also have to give information about the type of hospital here.
Now you have to enter the captcha code given on the screen here.

After this, you have to submit
Then the list of hospitals will appear in front of you, Ayushman card holders can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh by visiting the hospitals given in it.
