This is how you can get free treatment through Ayushman card:-
Step 1
People who have made Ayushman cards are given the benefit of free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh by the government.
In such a situation, if you are also ill and want to get treatment, then first of all you have to go to the hospital registered under Ayushman Yojana.
Step 2
By going to the registered hospital, you have to find the Ayushman Mitra help desk established here.
Then you have to go to this help desk and meet the concerned officer
They have to give their Ayushman card
Step 3
When you give your Ayushman card to the concerned officer, they check it.
Then after everything is found okay you are admitted and you are treated free of cost
The government bears its entire expense.
