In this series, there is a scheme 'Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Chief Minister Scheme'. Under which Ayushman cards of eligible people are made. After the card is made, the cardholder can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh in the empaneled hospitals. In such a situation, if you also want that your Ayushman card should also be made so that you too can take advantage of this scheme. So for this, you have to check your eligibility, because if you are eligible then only your Ayushman card will be made. If you also want your Ayushman card to be made, then for this you can check your eligibility
To check eligibility, first of all, you have to open the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in on your computer or mobile.
Step 2
After going to the website, you will see many options here.
You have to click on the option 'Am I Eligible'
After this, you have to enter your 10-digit mobile number here.
Step 3
Then an OTP will come on the entered mobile number
Now enter this OTP here
After this, you will have two options
where you have to select your state in the first option
Step 4
Now you have to fill in your mobile number and ration card number in the second option
After this, you have to click on the search
Then you will get information about your eligibility and you will be able to know whether your Ayushman card will be made or not.
