To make amaranth dumplings, first, take a large bowl. Add spinach flour, 2 potatoes cut lengthwise, and finely chopped green chilies to it.
Add rock salt and ground black pepper. Make dough for pakodas by adding enough water. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
Put the pakoras in it and fry them till they become golden. You can make pakoda dough by adding sugar or jaggery to amaranth flour. Amaranth pakodas are ready.
