1. Mango - 4 to 5 raw

2. Coconut - half cup

3. Food color - 1 tbsp

4. Sugar - 2 to 3 tbsp

5. Black salt - as per taste

* Easy recipe for making mango jelly:

1. To make mango jelly, first of all, take raw mangoes.

2. After this, peel them well and grate them.

3. Now wash them thoroughly in water and keep them in a bowl.

4. After this add black salt and food color as per taste and mix.

5. Now mix it well and keep it in the sun for about half an hour.

6. After this, put some oil in a pan and heat it well.

7. Now add grated mango to it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes while stirring well.
