There is big news for the beneficiaries of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme. The Central Government has made it mandatory to link the Central Government Health Scheme i.e. CGHS Beneficiary ID with the Ayushman Bharat Health Account. Giving information about this in a press release, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare has said that the beneficiaries must link their CGHS beneficiary ID to the Ayushman Bharat Health Account within 30 days. Ayushman Bharat Yojana is also known as Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. This scheme was started by the Central Government in the year 2018. Through this scheme, the Government of India is providing health insurance coverage of Rs 5 lakh to the poor people of the country.
Even today, there are a large number of such poor people in the country who, due to being financially weak, are not able to get proper treatment for their serious diseases. In such situations, many times people even die due to these serious diseases.
Given this problem of the country, the Central Government had started the Ayushman Bharat Scheme. Many people across the country are taking advantage of the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
