Earlier this facility was for themselves i.e. Aadhar card holders could also change their Aadhar photo but now this task has become a bit difficult. Even now you can get your Aadhar card photo changed but for this, you will have to go to the Aadhar center. Actually, biometric updates can now be done only from the Aadhaar center.

Go to appointments.uidai.gov.in from your phone or laptop.

Now find out about your nearest Aadhaar center with the help of a PIN code.

Now make an appointment for an Aadhaar Biometric for that center.

After that, by going to the center you can get the photo changed in your Aadhaar.

To get the photo changed, you will have to pay Rs 100.

In return, you will also get a slip that will have an Update Request Number (URN) with the help of which you can track your application.

Photo updates in Aadhaar may take up to 90 days.
