Ingredients required to make ragi uttapam
1/2 cup ragi
1/3 cup rice
1/4 cup urad dal
1 tomato
3-4 green chilies
1 onion
1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds
2-3 tbsp coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp oil
Salt to taste

How to make ragi uttapam?
To make ragi uttapam, first of all, clean the ragi and rice.
Along with this, clean the urad dal and fenugreek seeds as well.
Then keep all these soaked in different utensils for about 5-6 hours.
After this, put urad dal in a mixer jar and make a smooth paste.
Then you put the paste of dal in a deep bottom vessel.
After this put ragi and rice in the mixer jar.
Then add some water to it and grind it finely to make a paste.
After this, add this paste to the paste of urad dal and mix it.
Then cover the utensil and keep it in such a place for about 10-12 hours.
This will make this paste well fermented.
Then add salt as per taste and mix it well.
After this, wash tomatoes, onions, green chilies, and green coriander and chop them finely.
Then grease a nonstick pan well with some oil.
