Dark circles and puffy eyes are the most common problems that bother most people. That's why today we are telling you about 3 such tricks, by which you can get rid of these problems by doing just 3 minutes. Their information has been shared by fitness trainer Juhi Kapoor.

Juhi Kapoor says, “The skin around the eyes is not only extremely sensitive but also very thin and delicate as compared to other parts of the body. With increasing age, collagen and fat under the eyes start decreasing. As a result, the skin becomes thinner and dark blood cells appear in the skin.

''3 techniques (to be done for 1 minute each) can help get rid of dark circles. These are part of the Korean and Japanese face routine techniques that I learned a few years ago. These are helpful for the health of the eyes. I am sure it will be helpful for you too.

Binocular Pose

  • To do this, sit with your back straight.
  • Then raise the eyebrows towards the ceiling with the index finger.
  • Now pull the cheekbone down with the thumb.
  • Then open and close the eyes.
  • After doing this for some time, come back to the old position.

V-Eye Pose

  • To do this, sit up straight.
  • Use the V position of your fingers to gently pull the skin down.
  • Then open and close the eyes.
  • Do this exercise several times?

Side to side

  • To do this, sit with your back straight.
  • Then keep the index finger of both hands on the side of the eyes.
  • Now move the pupils of the eyes to the right and the left.
  • After doing this for some time, come back to the old position.

Advantages

  • The strength of the muscles of the eyes increases.
  • Improves blood circulation in the eyes.
  • Vision gets better.
  • Dark circles go away.
  • There is less swelling in the eyes.

Who shouldn't?

People suffering from the following problems should avoid doing these exercises-

  • Cataracts
  • recent eye surgery
  • retinal detachment
  • corneal ulceration

Precautions

  • Do not do these exercises by wearing glasses.
  • Also, remove your lenses before practising with them.
