Lakhan Yadav, the chief councilor of Manihari Municipal Council and a RJD leader, has been accused of serious hooliganism. The victim, Guddu Yadav, has filed a complaint at the police station. Police are investigating the matter.

Serious allegations have been leveled against Rajesh Yadav, alias Lakhon Yadav, a RJD leader and chief councillor of the Manihari subdivision of Katihar district in Bihar. A complaint has been filed against him for assaulting a man, abusing him, and threatening to kill him by pointing a pistol at his chest. Based on the written complaint from the victim, Guddu Yadav, the police registered a case on Tuesday and began an investigation.
Lakhs Yadav faces serious charges of hooliganism.
Chief councillor of Manihari Municipal Council and RJD leader Lakhan Yadav has been accused of serious hooliganism. The victim, Guddu Yadav, filed a complaint at the police station stating that on Saturday evening, around 5:30 pm, he was on his way to Mehi Das Kuti when Lakhan Yadav, along with more than 10 of his supporters, arrived on motorcycles near the garden and blocked his way.
According to the complaint, the RJD leader began abusing and attacking Guddu Yadav, throwing him to the ground. Lakhan Yadav allegedly pointed a pistol at his chest and threatened to kill him if he spoke too much.
There will be agitation if strict action is not taken.
The victim, Guddu Yadav, has warned that if strict action is not taken in a timely manner, he will protest for his safety. The police have assured that the case will be investigated impartially and strict action will be taken against those found guilty.
RJD leader Rajesh Yadav, alias Lakhon Yadav, stated over the phone that the truth will soon be revealed.
However, both sides are presenting their arguments, and after the case was registered at the police station, the police are closely monitoring the entire matter.
