Auto Union's big move regarding voting

Is this truly a "common man" initiative? While elections are often known for controversies, money games, and power struggles, the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election in Hyderabad has yielded a truly intriguing and inspiring piece of news. This news not only reinforces the celebration of democracy but also highlights the "common man's" responsibility to society.

In a commendable move, the local auto union has announced the free service of 200 auto-rickshaws for the Jubilee Hills Assembly by-election. This initiative is aimed at voters who often face difficulties in reaching polling booths. The auto union's "Auto Annalu" (Auto Brothers) has clarified that their priority is to ensure that the most vulnerable sections of society reach the polling station without any hassle.

Who will benefit?
This free service will primarily benefit the elderly, the disabled, breastfeeding mothers, and those traveling with small children. Auto drivers said they will drop these people directly from their homes to the polling station for free, ensuring their participation in the voting process.

200 auto rickshaws are providing free service.
This service will be available throughout the day, from the start of the election until voting ends in the evening. A fleet of 200 auto rickshaws will be ready for this noble cause. This collective decision by the auto union drivers demonstrates that voting is not only a civil right but also a responsibility, and they are fully cooperating in fulfilling this responsibility.

Meanwhile, tensions erupted at a polling booth in Borabanda during the Jubilee by-election. Clashes broke out between Congress and opposition BRS workers. To ensure transparency and orderliness, GHMC Commissioner and District Election Officer R.V. Karnan inspected the polling station set up at Don Bosco School in Erragadda and issued necessary instructions.
