The Airports Authority of India has announced recruitment for several posts. Candidates can apply for the same by following the steps given here.

If you are dreaming of working at the airport, then there is good news for you. The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has invited applications for recruitment to several posts of Senior Assistant. This recruitment is being done for the Eastern Region and the application process for this will start from 5 August 2025. Interested candidates can apply online till 26 August 2025. A

total of 32 posts will be recruited under this recruitment drive. Of these, 21 posts are for Senior Assistant (Electronics), 10 posts for Senior Assistant (Accounts) and 1 post for Senior Assistant (Official Language). All these posts are of NE-6 level and applications can be made online only.

What should be the qualification?

For the post of Electronics, candidates must have a three-year diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications or Radio Engineering, as well as two years of experience in the relevant field. For the post of Accounts, B.Com degree, computer knowledge and two years of experience are required. For official language, candidates should have a master's degree in Hindi or English, along with mandatory knowledge of another language and two years of experience.

Salary and age limit

The candidates selected for these posts will be given a salary of Rs 36,000 to Rs 1,10,000. After selection, a monthly salary of Rs 25,000 will be given during training. The age limit has been kept at a minimum of 18 and maximum of 30 years as on 1 July 2025. Reserved categories will also be given relaxation as per rules.

Selection process

The candidates will be selected for these posts through written examination.

This much application fee will have to be paid

Talking about the application fee, candidates of General, OBC and EWS category will have to pay a fee of Rs 1000, while women, SC, ST and ex-servicemen candidates will be exempted from the fee.
