Motorola Signature 27 features

In the smartphone market, a phone is identified not only by its features but also by its design. Often, phones with different price points look quite similar. Especially, the camera setup and back panel often look similar. Meanwhile, Motorola's new phone, the Signature 27, has attempted to break away from this old practice. This phone was showcased at the India Mobile Congress (IMC) 2026. The company launched it in the global market last month, and now it's about to arrive in India. Along with the new design, the phone also focuses on camera and sound technology.

How different is the design of Motorola Signature 27?

The design of the Motorola Signature 27's rear cameras sets it apart from other phones. A wide camera module sits at the top of the phone, with three camera lenses arranged in a single line, while two circular areas are visible below them. This time, Motorola has attempted a new look, breaking away from its previous design. The phone is seen in a light olive green color. Its back surface has a special texture that glows when illuminated. The area around the camera is also the same color as the phone, while its edges appear metallic. Furthermore, the Bang & Olufsen name is also mentioned on the camera module.

New partnership with Bang & Olufsen

One of the highlights of the Motorola Signature 27 is its audio system. According to the company, it is the world's first smartphone to feature Bang & Olufsen audio technology. This reflects the company's focus on improving the audio experience in phones.

What will be found in the processor and camera?

Motorola has confirmed that the phone will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 chipset. The global model also features an ArcticMesh cooling system, which uses a new vapor chamber and other thermal materials. It features a 50-megapixel Sony LYTIA 910 primary camera and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera on the back. The phone also features a Video Enhancement Engine, which uses AI to understand the scene and adjust colors during video recording.

When and how much will the price be in India?

Full details about the Indian variant's display, battery, and other hardware haven't been revealed yet. The company hasn't announced its price or sale date in India either. While the phone's design and initial features have been revealed, we'll have to wait for testing to understand its true performance.
