What did the army say when Rafale was shot down?
On the reports of Rafale being shot down in Operation Sindoor, the Indian Army on Sunday said that we are in a state of war and losses are a part of it. The question is whether we have achieved our objective? The answer is yes. As far as detailed information is concerned, at this time I would not like to comment on it because we are still at war and defeating the adversary. All our pilots have returned home.
5 colleagues lost their lives, sacrifice will be remembered
The Indian Army said that the other side may not have even guessed that five Indian Army soldiers have been killed in the operation against Pakistan. An officer said that I pay my tribute to my five comrades and brothers of the armed forces and civilians who have tragically lost their lives in operations across the world. Our condolences are with the bereaved families ... and we express our solidarity with them in this life and beyond. At this crucial juncture of their lives, their sacrifice will always be remembered and spoken about with admiration by a grateful nation.
