I will come in 10 minutes… Mother became a detective for her missing son, when she did not get help from the police, she solved the double murder case in 7 months

Double Murder Case: A mother's thirst is the most unique and strong thing in the world. A mother in Mumbai asked the police for help in finding her missing son. But when she could not find anything, she became a detective herself.

For a mother, nothing is dearer than her children. She faces the biggest troubles for her children. She fights against every power. But, this story of crime is different. A mother herself became a detective to find clues about her missing son. When the police did not help her, she started connecting the dots herself. She searched for evidence and when her search ended, she revealed two murder cases.

This happened about 10 years ago. It was 17 April 2015, when Sohail Qureshi, who lived in Mumbra area of Thane in Maharashtra, suddenly disappeared. 17-year-old Sohail had left his house telling his mother that he would return in 10 minutes. When the son did not return home till late night, his worried mother Farida Khatoon reached the police station and told her problem.

The son left saying he will return in 10 minutes

However, the police said that the son must have gone somewhere, wait, he will return. But, 38-year-old single mother Farida had a fear in her mind that something untoward must have happened to her son. She decided that she would search for her son herself. Farida was a nurse in Mumbai's JJ Hospital. She first inquired with her son's friends.

Days passed, but Farida did not find any clue of her son. Meanwhile, Farida met a local reporter Mubeen Sheikh and together with him, she started searching for her son. Most of Farida's son's friends lived in Rabale area, so she reached the police station of the same area with Mubeen.

Farida used to sit outside the jails all day

The police told Farida to go and search in the nearby jails. Farida did not want to miss any chance of finding her son, so she checked in the jails of Thane, Kalyan and Taloja. Sometimes she used to sit outside the jails all day, asking people about their son. She also called her relatives in Ajmer to see if Sohail had gone to the dargah, but nothing was known about her son.

Farida was definitely disappointed by not finding her son, but she did not lose courage and continued her search. In the month of September, Farida came to know that one of her son's friends Shabbir was also missing from the same date. She immediately went to meet Shabbir's mother Haseena. When Haseena told her that yes, her son was missing, Farida's worry increased even more. She was afraid that someone might have killed both the boys.

Finally got a clue

Now Farida questioned her son's friends again. During the interrogation, Farida got two names - Deepak Valmiki alias Sam and Mohammad Chaudhary alias Babu. Along with this, some more suspicious information was also found. Both of them were friends of her son Sohail and missing Shabbir. Now Farida, Shabbir's mother Haseena and Mubin Sheikh, all three reached Thane Crime Branch and told the police the whole thing.

The police started investigating the case and Farida's fear was finally proved right. During the investigation, the police came to know that Sohail and Shabbir had been murdered. This murder was done by Deepak Valmiki and Mohammad Chaudhary. Shabbir's sister was having an affair with Deepak, when he opposed it, he was killed.

Bodies buried in the field after murder

Deepak suspected that Sohail had told Shabbir about this affair. That's why he was also killed. Both of them told that they had buried the bodies of Sohail and Shabbir in a field in Turbhe. In November 2015, the police reached that place and recovered the remains of the bodies. With this, Farida's search for her son ended. If Farida had given up, the police would never have come to know about these two murders. Her bravery and passion were praised everywhere. Farida was honored with many awards and honors. After this, she started an organization, which helps in finding missing people.
