Gwalior News: A woman from Bhind arrived at the Gwalior bus stand. She met the bus conductor, Vishnu Ojha. After arriving at the bus yard, the accused conductor raped her.

A horrific incident has come to light in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, where a woman was held hostage and raped on a bus. The woman, a resident of Bhind, had boarded the bus to Shivpuri. Conductor Vishnu Ojha deceived her and kept her on the bus, and when the bus arrived at the yard, he raped her.
The woman arrived at the police station in a distraught state. The police swung into action, registered a case, and arrested the accused conductor. The police conducted a medical examination of the woman and initiated action under the relevant sections. This incident has raised questions about the safety of women passengers on buses.
What is the whole matter?
According to reports, a woman from Bhind arrived at the Gwalior bus stand on Monday to travel to Shivpuri. She has a two-year-old son and was married in Shivpuri. Due to a dispute with her husband, her maintenance case is pending in the Bhind court. However, her husband does not appear at court on the scheduled dates.
So she boarded a bus from the Gwalior bus stand to Shivpuri. During this time, she met the bus conductor, Vishnu Ojha, who introduced himself as a resident of Guna.
During the conversation, the woman told her she would be returning from Shivpuri to Gwalior that evening. The conductor took her mobile number, promising to drop her back at Bhind. Later that evening, the conductor called her from her mobile phone and assured her of a drop-off at Gwalior. Since the woman's work in Shivpuri was complete and she needed to return to Gwalior, she arrived at the Shivpuri bus stand, boarded Vishnu's bus, and arrived at the Gwalior bus stand that night.
The crime was committed after reaching the yard
After arriving at the bus yard in Gwalior, the accused conductor assured her that he would drop her at Bhind and instructed her to remain on the bus. When all the passengers had disembarked, the accused conductor closed the bus gate, forcibly raped the female passenger, and fled. Subsequently, the victim, with the help of an FRF, went to the police station and narrated her ordeal.
Police initiated action
Station House Officer Alok Parihar stated that a case has been registered based on the victim's complaint and the accused conductor, Vishnu Ojha, has been arrested. Police are investigating the scene and obtaining a medical report for the woman. Strict action will be taken against the accused.
