Gold and silver slipped on MCX.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), gold futures for June 5 fell by approximately 0.42 percent, or ₹687, to hit an intraday low of ₹1,59,319 by midday. Previously, gold was trading around ₹1,59,400. Meanwhile, silver futures for July 3 saw a significant decline of ₹3,864, or 1.4 percent. Silver slipped to ₹2,70,401 per kg. During trading, silver also touched a high of ₹2,73,196.
