Gold and Silver Price Today: Gold and silver prices are rising in the domestic futures market on Monday, February 9. Gold futures with an expiry date of March 5, 2026, opened at ₹1,54,224 per 10 grams on the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Monday. On the previous trading day, gold closed at ₹1,53,931.

At 9:45 am on February 9th, gold with March 5th expiry was trading at ₹1,55,674 on MCX, representing a gain of approximately ₹1,800 from the previous day's closing price. MCX gold had reached a high of ₹1,57,000 in early trade.

Silver price

MCX silver with March 5, 2026, expiry is trading at ₹2,60,301 per kg, up approximately ₹10,400 from the previous close. MCX silver had reached a high of ₹2,64,885 in early trade. 

In Delhi and Mumbai, 10 grams of silver is selling for ₹2,849. To buy 100 grams of silver, customers will have to spend ₹28,490. In Chennai and Kolkata, the price of 10 grams of silver is ₹2,849.
