Gold Price Today: Gold prices in the domestic futures market are seeing a rise on Friday, January 23. Gold futures with February 5, 2026, expiry opened at ₹1,58,889 per 10 grams on the Multi-Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Friday. On the previous trading day, gold had closed at ₹1,56,341.
At 9:58 am on January 23, gold with February 5th expiry was trading at ₹1,58,000 on MCX, representing a gain of approximately ₹1,700 from the previous day's closing price. MCX gold had reached a high of ₹1,59,226 in early trade.
