Why is oiling important for hair growth?

Morning oiling is typically done 30 minutes to 2 hours before bathing. This method is considered ideal for those who sweat at night, have an oily scalp, or are uncomfortable sleeping with oil applied at night. Oiling at night is considered the most traditional and effective method. The oil remains on the scalp for 6 to 8 hours, deeply nourishing it. During the night, the body is in self-repair mode, improving blood circulation and lowering stress levels. A light head massage before bed is considered beneficial not only for hair but also for good sleep. This method is especially beneficial for those suffering from hair thinning, dry scalp, dandruff, or stress-related hair loss. Coconut oil, bhringraj oil, and castor oil mixed with a mild oil are particularly beneficial.
