He has described it as not only illegal, but also mentally painful and a violation of Indian law.

Balkaur Singh said in his letter that this documentary illegally uses his son's voice, image and story, which will not only traumatize the family, but it can also cause public unrest and hinder judicial investigation. He requested the police to stop this unauthorized event and take legal action against the organizers.
