The craze for the video streaming platform Bilibili is increasing.

Bilibili is now making waves in the video streaming world. It's a major Chinese video-sharing and social media platform. You can think of it as China's YouTube. Since YouTube is banned in China, people there use this platform to watch and share videos. After establishing a foothold in the domestic market, Bilibili is now expanding its reach into the global market.

Apart from views, these things will also be taken into consideration

According to a post on RT on X, Bilibili is reportedly paying creators approximately $0.70 (about 60 rupees) for every 1,000 views. This has caught the attention of creators worldwide. This means that a new player has arrived to compete with YouTube in the international market. However, the company has not yet officially confirmed the amount paid for views.

Views alone are not enough.

Bilibili states that earnings for views will depend on factors such as audience location, advertiser demand, content category, and monetization products. Bilibili doesn't generate earnings solely through views. Their system combines views, video length, audience retention (how long people are watching the video), and user engagement (likes, comments, shares, and coins) to create a score based on which final payment is made.

According to Bilibili's Creator Program policy, creators must have at least 100 subscribers and 2,000 valid public views before applying for monetization. Additionally, the company reviews the channel's originality, compliance with copyright rules, and violations of community guidelines.

The craze for Bilibili is increasing in the world.

Bilibili currently has over 376 million active users, most of whom are Chinese youth. Bilibili is currently available in the US, UK, Japan, and Southeast Asian countries like Indonesia, Thailand, and Vietnam. However, the app has not yet officially launched in India.
