Download Ayushman App

Install the official Ayushman Bharat app from Play Store or App Store.

Open the app and choose your preferred language.

Login and enter details

Click on the 'Login' option.

Select 'Beneficiary' and enter your registered mobile number along with the captcha code.

Find Beneficiary

After logging in, you will see the “Find Beneficiary” page.

Select PM-JAY in the Scheme section.

Select your state and district.

Enter your Aadhaar number to proceed.

Verify Household Members

You will see a list of family members linked with the scheme.

Tap on the member’s name where ‘Authentication’ appears.

Enter the Aadhaar number and the OTP received on your phone.

Complete E-KYC

Take a live photo of the member as instructed.

Enter the phone number of another family member and provide relationship details.

Submit the E-KYC form for verification.

Download Ayushman Card

After verification (usually within a week), the Ayushman card will be available for download directly from the app.
