Apple Upcoming Products: Like every year, Apple is updating its product lineup this spring. The company is inviting the media to a special event on March 4th in New York, London, and Shanghai. Apple's invite cards typically offer a glimpse of upcoming products, and this time too, there's been considerable speculation about the design.

Hidden hint in the invite, will the retro look return?

This time, the invitation depicts a three-dimensional shape made of colored glass. Many tech analysts believe this could be a nod to the old rainbow Apple logo. Consequently, it's likely that the new MacBook will feature colorful designs. While no official information has been released by the company, speculation is rife.

Powerful chipset upgrade in MacBook

The MacBook series is the most anticipated. It's believed that the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models will feature the new M5 Pro and M5 Max chipsets. The 14-inch M5 version has already been launched, so it could be time for a more powerful variant.

The MacBook Air is also expected to feature the new M5 chip. While it's unclear whether it will be available for sale immediately, an announcement could be made at the March event. Some reports also mention a budget MacBook and an OLED touchscreen MacBook Pro, but these are more likely to arrive later in the year.

New affordable model in the iPhone lineup

Apple typically launches its flagship iPhones in September, but the budget model could be unveiled in March. Last year, the iPhone 16E was introduced around this time. Now, the iPhone 17E is expected to be its successor.

The new model is likely to feature an A19 processor, MagSafe support, and a Dynamic Island design. Pricing is also expected to be around $599, making it an affordable option with premium features.

Big leap in iPad series too

The iPad lineup is also expected to receive a new processor. Reports suggest the 12th-generation iPad could feature the A18 chip, which will support Apple Intelligence features. The iPad Air is also rumored to feature the M4 processor, which could significantly improve its performance.

Will I have to wait till September?

While the March event could see several upgrades, major design changes or completely new products may have to wait until September. For now, the tech world is focused on March 4th, where Apple will reveal its next move.
