The company's shares have seen a tremendous surge since listing. Since May 28, Belrise Industries shares have gained approximately 83%. The stock, which listed at ₹90, is now trading at ₹166.

Shrikant Badwe holds 59.56% of the company's shares, representing approximately 530 million shares with a market value of approximately ₹9,550 crore. He is the company's MD and an economic advisor to the Maharashtra government. Furthermore, Badwe has served as the brand ambassador for Magnetic Maharashtra and Make in India, working alongside Sachin Tendulkar and Madhuri Dixit in this role.
Shrikant Badwe founded Belrise in 1998 with just three employees. Today, the company employs over 8,000 people and has become a renowned auto manufacturing brand. Belrise has 17 manufacturing units across the country, producing parts for two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers, and commercial vehicles. The company's annual revenue exceeds ₹7,000 crore.

Belrise manufactures safety-critical components such as metal chassis, polymer components, suspension systems, and body-in-white components. Belrise holds a 24% market share in the two-wheeler metal component segment in India.
On Tuesday, Belrise's shares jumped 6.9% to ₹164.60 on the BSE. This increased the company's market cap to ₹14,300 crore. At the current market price, Shrikant Badwe's 59.56% stake is worth approximately ₹8,724 crore. This means Shrikant Badwe has now joined the list of India's billionaires.
