Giving information about this, the ECB said that the investors include India's GMR (co-owner of Delhi Capitals), Sun TV Network Limited (owner of Sunrisers Hyderabad), RPSG Group (owner of Lucknow Super Giants) and Reliance Group (owner of Mumbai Indians).

 

 

ECB said that they have earned 975 million pounds (about 11 thousand 3 hundred 34 crores rupees) from this. The England Board said that two more partners will be formally confirmed later. Earlier, the owners of Mumbai Indians, Lucknow Super Giants and Sunrisers Hyderabad have bought teams from South Africa's T20 League. All of them will get the right to operate in The Hundred League from October.

 

Sanjiv Goenka acquired 70 percent stake

The ECB said that the owners of all four IPL teams will be allowed to operate the team from October 1. The owners of many IPL teams have bought stakes in the teams in The Hundred in recent months. These include Lucknow Super Giants, Mumbai Indians, Sunrisers Hyderabad and Delhi Capitals. Lucknow Super Giants owner Sanjeev Goenka's RPSG Group has acquired a 70 percent stake in Manchester Originals in The Hundred.

Kavya Maran bought this team

Apart from this, Sun TV Network of Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) owner Kavya Maran has bought the Northern Superchargers team, she has acquired 100 percent stake. Earlier, the owner of SRH had also bought the Sunrisers Eastern Cap team in the SA20 played in South Africa.

Apart from this, Delhi Capitals team (DC) co-owner GMR Group has got 49 percent stake in The Hundred team Southern Brave, while Mumbai Indians owner Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Group will get 49 percent stake in Oval Invincibles team, which will be announced soon. The Hundred League is going to start from August 5 at Lord's ground.
