After reaching this age, you should try to balance your height and weight.
Take enough sleep.
The doctor said that after reaching this age, you should take special care of your sleep. You should try to sleep for at least 6 to 7 hours. Apart from this, try to stay away from stress as well. Because people who have crossed the age of 40 experience many changes mentally as well as physically, the most important of which is that after reaching this age, the amount of testosterone can decrease. In such a situation, men experience symptoms like getting angry more, having mood swings, being irritable, reduced sexual desire.
