Several parts of North, South, and East Delhi may experience showers along with gusty winds of around 40 km/h.
The IMD has forecast a maximum temperature of around 37°C and a minimum temperature of about 29°C for the national capital.
Uttar Pradesh Weather
Heavy rainfall has been forecast for parts of eastern and western Uttar Pradesh, while many other districts may receive light to moderate showers.
The IMD has also warned of thunderstorms and gusty winds ranging between 40 and 50 km/h in several districts.
Lucknow is expected to record a maximum temperature of around 36°C and a minimum of approximately 30°C.
Bihar Forecast
The weather department has issued a red alert for heavy rainfall in several districts of Bihar.
Thunderstorms and strong winds are also expected in many areas, while light to moderate rainfall may occur in parts of the state, including Patna.
The capital city is likely to witness temperatures ranging between 28°C and 32°C.
Maharashtra Weather Alert
Several districts of Maharashtra, including parts of the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, are expected to receive heavy rainfall.
The IMD has warned that wind speeds could touch 60 km/h in some locations, particularly during intense thunderstorms.
Mumbai is expected to remain cool under cloudy conditions, with both maximum and minimum temperatures around 27°C.
Rajasthan Forecast
The IMD has predicted an active spell of monsoon rainfall across Rajasthan between July 6 and July 11.
Heavy rain accompanied by thunderstorms and gusty winds is expected in several districts, while wind speeds could range between 41 and 61 km/h.
Jaipur is likely to record a maximum temperature of 36°C and a minimum of 28°C.
Madhya Pradesh Outlook
Several districts in Madhya Pradesh are likely to experience heavy rainfall over the next few days.
The weather department has also warned of thunderstorms and strong winds reaching 41–61 km/h in some regions.
Bhopal is expected to witness temperatures between 25°C and 30°C.
West Bengal Forecast
Light to moderate rainfall is likely across many districts of West Bengal, including Kolkata and surrounding regions.
The state is expected to remain under cloudy conditions, with Kolkata forecast to record temperatures between 28°C and 30°C.
Tamil Nadu Weather
The IMD has predicted widespread rainfall activity across Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal through July 10.
Several areas may receive moderate rainfall, while Chennai is expected to experience partly cloudy skies with isolated light showers.
