Delhi Capitals got a big setback 

Delhi Capitals was the first to suffer a setback in IPL 2025. Explosive batsman Harry Brook withdrew his name from the league without giving any reason. Brook's replacement has not been announced yet. 

Two changes in Mumbai Indians 

Two players of Mumbai Indians got injured before the start of the league. South Africa's Lizad Williams and Afghanistan's Allah Ghazanfar were ruled out of the tournament. After this, Mumbai included Afghanistan's Mujeeb Ur Rahman in the team in place of Ghazanfar and gave a chance to South Africa's Corbin Bosch in place of Williams. Sunrisers Hyderabad's strong player is out

Sunrisers Hyderabad bought England bowling all-rounder Brydon Carse with great expectations, but he was ruled out of IPL 2025 due to injury. In his place, SRH has included Wiaan Mulder in the team. This was also a like to like replacement.
