Rajasthan Crime:  A minor girl became the mother of a child in Banswara district. The father of the child is a 10th class student studying in the girl's school, who committed the crime of raping the minor.

Rajasthan Crime: A shocking incident has come to light in Banswara district of Rajasthan, where a minor girl became the mother of a child in Sajjangarh area, i.e. a 15-year-old student gave birth to a child in a government hospital. 

The most shocking thing in this case was that the child's father is a 10th class student studying in the girl's school, who committed the crime of raping the minor. On the complaint of the victim regarding this incident, the police registered a case against the accused minor student and started investigation. 

According to information received from the police, the victim studies in class 9 and the accused studies in class 10. The two were in a love affair for a few months. The victim's mother has passed away and her father is busy with work. Due to this, the victim's pregnancy was not known and when she experienced labor pains, she gave birth to a child in the hospital. 

On receiving information about the case, the police reached the spot and started investigation. The minor mother said that a student studying in class 10 raped her. In such a situation, the police registered a complaint against the accused minor under rape and POCSO Act. The police is now taking samples of the victim for medical examination and the newborn for DNA testing and sending them for investigation. 

At the same time, such cases have once again raised concerns about sexual abuse of minors. The victim's family and other guardians are shocked after this incident, who cannot believe how a friend could do such a thing. At present, the police is interrogating the accused student in this case.
