Punjab National Bank (PNB) has notified the recruitment process for 545 Local Bank Officer (LBO) posts for the 2026-27 recruitment drive. The application process is online.
This recruitment drive is being conducted through the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) registration portal.
Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the job till today and note that they can apply for only one state and they must know the language of that selected state.
Candidates who already know about the recruitment but have not yet completed or submitted the form should complete and submit it before the deadline if they do not want to miss this opportunity.
Eligibility Criteria:
Candidate must have Bachelor's degree from any recognized university.
Candidates who are between 20 and 30 years of age as of July 1st can apply for this position.
This recruitment also offers age relaxation for reserved categories.
Candidate should have at least one year post qualification experience in the Clerk or Officer cadre of the selected Scheduled Commercial Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
They have to choose the state whose language they know.

Written Exam:
There will be 150 questions in the exam which will be of 150 marks.
The exam will include Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, Data Analysis and Interpretation, and General, Banking, and Economic Awareness. Candidates should note that there will be negative marking for incorrect answers.
Candidates who pass the exam and language assessment and are shortlisted will be called for an interview under the following criteria.
