National Weather Forecast: Heavy rain alert for 17 districts of Rajasthan today, these divisions will be affected
Heavy rain alerts are still in effect today in several states, including Rajasthan. The Meteorological Department has issued a rain alert for the next 5-6 days in Delhi-NCR.
The department has predicted rain across North India, from Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad to Punjab, Haryana, and Chandigarh. The department has issued a rain alert for 18 states today. The department has also issued a heavy rain warning for Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur, Meghalaya, and Assam in the Northeast.
The Meteorological Department has issued a heavy rain alert for Bharatpur, Bikaner, and Jaipur divisions of Rajasthan. The department has issued a yellow rain alert for 17 districts in the state today. Several districts, including Karauli, Bharatpur, Alwar, and Hanumangarh, received heavy rainfall on Tuesday.
The Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for rain in the national capital, Delhi, today. Cloudy skies are expected from morning until nightfall. Two or three spells of rain are possible here.
Heavy rain alert issued for these states
According to the Meteorological Department, the phase of heavy monsoon rains will continue in Northeast India. There is a rain alert for several days in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya, Mizoram, Tripura, Nagaland. Rain is expected in Arunachal Pradesh from today till 10th August, and in Assam and Meghalaya from 7th to 10th August. Due to the rain, people in the country have got relief from the scorching heat.
